Overview:

 

Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are manufactured using high-performance PTFE powder that is lined into seamless steel tubes, providing exceptional chemical resistance. The seamless liner is created by pushing the PTFE powder into the pipe, chemically treating the surface, and heating it to 180 degrees for stress relief. This process ensures suitability for temperatures below 180 degrees and superior axial tensile strength compared to winding pipes, making it ideal for micro-negative pressure pipelines.

  • Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the design pressure

  • 100% integrity test conducted after hydrostatic test with electric spark test for leakage points

  • Lining materials include PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE

  • Nominal diameter: DN25~DN300

  • Length: ≤4000mm

  • Can transport various chemical mediums including strong acids, alkalis, solvents, oxidants, and more

  • Lining Material: PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE

  • Lining Thickness: Min. 3.0mm

  • Spark Test: Body liners & all wet parts are spark tested at 15,000 Volts
