JKWF series reactive power split-phase automatic compensation controllers use a high-performance 16-bit microprocessor as the core device to simultaneously sample 3-phase voltage and 3-phase current signals. A single controller provides a maximum of 18 control loops. The sub-main machine (a single main machine can bring 2 auxiliary machines) mechanism, the largest can provide 54 control loops. The compensation function of each control loop can be changed arbitrarily by modifying the control parameters, and can be used for full-phase compensation, total common-compensation, and common-compensation plus split-phase compensation. Provide 12 kinds of switching coding schemes, users can choose arbitrarily by modifying the control parameters. Once the control parameters are modified and saved, they will not be lost when power off. It can provide RS485 interface and adopt MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, which can remotely complete the switching of capacitor banks, the modification of control parameters, the monitoring of power parameters and the switching status of capacitor banks. The switching of the capacitor bank is controlled by the combination of fundamental wave power factor and fundamental wave reactive power, and the switching is stable without switching oscillation, and is not sensitive to the interference of voltage harmonics and current harmonics. Character LED and LCD are used to display control parameters and power parameters, with friendly man-machine interface and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for automatic control of reactive power compensation of AC 45Hz-65Hz power system below 0.4KV. Make the power factor reach the user-predetermined state. Improve the utilization efficiency of power transformers, reduce line losses, and improve the voltage quality of power supply. The components are mounted by patch, reflow soldering, and multi-channel inspection, so that each unit has the same stability and reliability.
