This innovative system accommodates an impressive expansion and contraction range of 20-120mm, with standard models including C40, C60, C80, D40, D60, D80, D100, D120, RG40, RG60, and RG80. The primary structural designs are available in C type, RG type, F type, Z type, E type, and M type, catering to diverse project requirements.
The RG type bridge expansion joint device represents a groundbreaking advancement in highway bridge construction within China. Utilizing a hot-rolled, specially-shaped 16Mn steel, the RG type expansion device meets or surpasses the highest international standards in both comprehensive technical performance and innovative engineering. With a low building height and domestically produced hot-rolled, integrally formed irregular steel standing at just 50mm, this device is perfect for various bridges with deck pavement thicknesses of 80mm or more and expansion capacities up to 80mm. Ideal for replacing outdated expansion devices, it is also an excellent choice for new bridge constructions.
The rubber sealing strip in the middle of the RG type bridge expansion device adheres to stringent technical specifications: Devices using chloroprene rubber (CR) sealing rubber tape are designed for areas with temperatures ranging from -25ºC to +60ºC. Meanwhile, devices using natural rubber (NR) sealing rubber tape are suitable for regions experiencing temperatures from -40ºC to +60ºC. These specifications ensure optimal performance and longevity under varying climatic conditions.
